ProkotoVictoria Kimani

She does graet music .I have been a great fan of her till she did this song.Yes!Kill me but i need to say this for the sake of the good music she wants to throw to the gutter.

She is a Kenyan female artist and if you know her for some time, what has given her a huge fan base other than of course the Oliech factor...'yah i know' is the factor that she has been giving us authentic Kenyan music.

But i want to say this as a dissapointed fan-Prokoto is not a kenyan song and it will not be no matter how many times it plays on our kenyan roads and media houses.it is Nigerian!
It is not that i have a problem with Nigerian music but the song could have been miles better had it been done with a kenyan touch.
No Prokoto!!!

One of the reasons i say this is that the song really speaks much of its video work without emphasizing on the message itself. The video itself is done well,no problem as it strikes flashy and complicated. The only word you can get is prokoto though which you have to think twice in the song and try to figure out the meaning first.
She looks lost in the beats which do not comprehend the song as she tries to  become somebody that she even herself does not know. The character she assumes in the whole song then goes to kill her personality to the level that anybody who gets the song for the first time assumes it as a straight drudge.

With the fusion of Diamond who can't be anybody other than a man singing a love song, the whole episode loses meaning and creativity.!!!

She cant get more than two stars!!!!

we can not wait for the next!

Woman claiming to be Kajwang’s wife causes drama

A woman has emerged claiming to be the second wife to the late Homabay Senator Otieno Kajwang’.

The woman who identified herself as Faith Vivian Otieno caused drama at the Lee Funeral Home where she accused the funeral committee members of excluding her from plans to bury her ‘husband.’
Faith, who claims to have been married to Kajwang for the past 19 years, says they have two children.
She was ejected from the mortuary where family members and friends have been waiting for the late Senator’s post-mortem results.
Kajwang’ died on Tuesday night at the Mater Hospital where he had sought treatment after complaining of chest pains while at his home.

Initial reports indicated that he died after suffering what was described as ‘massive cardiac arrest’.
Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor who conducted an autopsy on the body with family doctor Emily Rogena said the results would be made public on Friday.
“When you take samples for analysis usually it is good to be conclusive. That is why we are not talking about the cause of death until we get the samples,” Dr Oduor said.

Your are here » Home » City News Betty Bayo's pastor husband, Victor Kanyari, drives sleek cars to collect baby's body By David Odongo Updated Friday, May 30th 2014 at 00:00 GMT +3 5 inShare Pastor Victor Kanyari Police saved a prominent Nairobi pastor from a mob that claimed the man of the collar had neglected his child, thereby leading to his death. Pastor Victor Kanyari of the Salvation Church Ministries had gone to Umoja Estate on Monday May 26 to retrieve the body of the baby who died in mysterious circumstances. The one-year-old died at the home of a woman alleged to be the pastor’s lover. Witnesses said Kanyari got to Umoja in two of his cars — a Land Cruiser Prado and a Range Rover Sports — to pick the body. By then, angry wananchi had crowded outside the block of flats and they set upon Kanyari with kicks and blows. The dead child’s mother — Mercy Njoroge tried to protect Kanyari with little success. It was then that police on patrol appeared and rescued Kanyari. They shot in the air twice to scare the mob. “Please, don’t hurt him. We will solve this matter ourselves,” Mercy told the mob. Kanyari was then briefly detained at Buruburu police station where he recorded a statement as the police took away the child’s body. Grieving Mercy Njoroge was not available for comment. This is not the first time Kanyari, who insists on being called Dr Prophet Kanyari, has hit the headlines. Last August, a local TV station reported that Kanyari’s Salvation Healing ministry Church preaches prosperity gospel. The televangelist has four ‘prayer lines’ where the sick and needy individuals can get him directly. The station reported that the church asks for Sh777 from poorer worshippers and Sh7,777 from the well-to-do ones. Kanyari is the son of another prophet, Lucy Nduta, who was arrested and prosecuted in 2006 for allegedly swindling Kenyans. She demanded at least Sh200,000 for a miraculous HIV/Aids cure, something she did not deliver. MY DRESS MY CHOICE!!!

strip
A disturbing clip of a woman being stripped naked at the CBD by a group of touts operating the Embassava route has been going viral on social media since yesterday.
As seen in the clip, which was apparently recorded by one of the goons, only one man comes to the aid of the helpless woman and begs the dozens of the other men who are pulling, pushing and tearing her clothes to let her be. Sadly, the Good Samaritan is overpowered and the poor woman ends up being stripped bare, including her inner garments.
The fact that the disturbing incident was happening in broad day light, in Nairobi’s CBD for that matter, and there was no police in sight leaves a lot to be desired, much worse the act was barbaric, an injustice and an abuse to the dignity not just of this woman, but to all the woman in Kenya.
It doesn’t matter whether or not the woman was indecently dressed, after all what’s the benchmark for what is considered decent? Furthermore, how did stripping her bare aid in enhancing her decency?
Efforts to get feedback from the management of  Embasava Sacco have proved futile after, one of the supervisors contacted alleged that he is not aware of the incident.
As a woman, I can boldly say that we live in a society with scores of perverted men and most of the time, regardless of whether you are wearing a dress that runs all the way to your shoes or one that ends at your knees, it’s almost impossible to walk in some areas, especially downtown or in some suburbs within the city, without getting inappropriate remarks from men. Some will even go to the extremes of spanking /pinching your bottom or even brushing across your bosom.
Dare confront the culprits and you will be hit by the harsh reality that you are fighting a losing battle as they will either hurl unprintable words towards you or even threaten to beat you up, all this as the ever curious Kenyan onlookers just stop to listen, see the drama and walk away.
WOMEN ON SOCIAL MEDIA CONDEMN EMBASSAVA TOUTS
A section of women who are fed up with such violations on women considering that this is not an isolated case, have taken up social media to condemn the obscenity actions targeting their gender. The women are seeking for government’s intervention to stop these abuse and are also calling on the Embassava Sacco to take disciplinary measures against the touts who committed the offense.
