The word ‘Sondeka’ is a Sheng (Kenyan urban colloquial) word meaning “to make” or “create”. The Sondeka festival is three days, at the Ngong Race Course, from 18thnon-stop, music, workshops, dance, fitness, fashion, creation and auction of collaborative masterpieces, movie screening, art installments, software displays, robotics and engineering expose and more. And how can we forget the children! Our beautiful children will have their special section to cater to those growing minds to provoke them to be whoever they want to be, with games, storytelling, performing and visual arts and so much more.
